Councilor's Outfit + Dandy
I've been using it on Dandy for a while and while I can chain spells like I'm supposed to, he won't gain the outfit's heal for playing 2 cards. In fact there's times when I've gotten the heal when I've only played one and no I'm not confusing it with his order bonus because he gained both in one turn before when I did that.

The gain of HP with [card]Councilor's outfit[/card] is when you play only one card or no card, I believe the card is explicit on this ("less than 2 cards" part).

the german text of the card says.... translated of course... at the begin of battle if you play less then 2 cards u ll get 2 hp

Strange. To me it says and I quote: "sap heart: at the start of the fight, if your character played at least 2 cards he gains 2 health points."
Might this be a mistranslation then?

mistranslation this time the correct version (French one) says : "less than 2 cards"
