I think you can get any random card within the last 12 release weeks..

If you click on the booster there is a buttom that show what cards can be inside the booster, I'm waiting for the nomad avatar release to get the hell out of the booster before trying it again.
But I think this is the last week people can try to get Verace there.

Still Act one has a lot of good rare cards that have their prices high, The last word, Katana, Wakizaki, Lord Imperial, Living dagger. And thats only those who came in mind for me.
Still last time I tried act 1 I wasn't lucky..
