Trophy whoopsie

I just purchased a trophy from the in game store on Facebook, and after one game of using it I realized that it was the complete wrong card and didn't do what I thought it did. Is there any way for me to exchange it, or perhaps someone would be kind enough to fix this for me? I am a brand new player and still trying to figure out how things work. If it would be possible to just remove the card "Extinction" and whatever title it gave me and refund my 195 fee'z I will do the work to earn the proper trophy. Thank you for your help and support! My player name is Brahmz, the same as my forum name here.

Let me put it straight, you bought a trophy and after you did the mission and got the card, you took it for a ride and found it wasn't live to your expectation and want a refund for it? No?

It's a bit hard to ask em for a refund, almost impossible actually. Your best bet is to gather enough information before buying a trophy next time.

Also, extinction is a good card against decks who love to attach things permanently, like nehant corruptor, courtesan, etc

I'm new to the game, as in: played for less than a week. So you don't need to be rude and sarcastic If you were so helpful you would encourage the devs and moderators to support and assist new players. I misread the card and thought it did something else, I didn't just "take it for a test drive" and then decide I didn't want it.

I've worked in customer service for a long time so the "too bad you f'd up it's your own fault, sorry about your luck" attitude isn't how good businesses handle their customers. I'm looking for a one time fix for an honest mistake, not a "let me see if I can take advantage of these guys" opportunity, as you so insinuated. Not everyone is evil and trying to scam so don't be such a bitter negative nancy the next time you respond to someone.

it wont take you that long to realize that feerik is a bit... heaviely moving when it comes to changes and exceptions. i have never heard of something similar to your case but if u already contacted the support and they refused then this thread becomes a bit... superfluous no?

sorry to say that u might have to live with the wrong card... maybe one day you will have a deck which can benefit from its effects.

You have two way to have an answer :
- Send a ticket to the support with the "contact us" button in the mailbox ingame
- Send a mail to the Community Manager Sapphon (you can find his email here http://forum.eredan.com/viewtopic.php?id=29116 )

Sincerely, I doubt you will be refund, you can try.

Well, I didn't mean to be rude or sarcastic or anything.. sorry if I offended you. I just wanna be of help. Must be getting this sarcastic trait from reading some specific posts scattered in the forum.

Then again you should email the community manager just like Zurga suggested, it may help you with your problem (I hope so)
