Training Room XP

I've played 3 games in the Training room. Game 1 I lost with all characters dead and my characters received 0 XP. Game 2 I won and they only received 4 XP. Game 3 I lost and only received 4 XP. It used to be 7 for losing and 11 for winning.

What is your fair-play status ?
When you fair-play status is low, you receive less than what you expect.
