Living Dagger

Hi. I'm new to this game so I'm sorry if this is a dumb question but how do i activate the healing on Living Dagger? I thought it would auto-heal in the end of the combat but it doesn't. I read somwhere it has to be activated but i still haven't figured how

You have nothing to do, at the end of the combat your character gains 2 HP.
