Can't put a card up on the market

Not sure what's going on but could use some help.  I got a Fog Hydra in a pack not to long ago and played with it in the training room for a bit.  I didn't use any XP cards or merged it.  I decided that I don't want to keep it anymore so I wanted to sell it.  I can't put it up in the market as it states this card is not exchangeable.  I can put other cards up.

Any thoughts?

did you get it in the booster or is it the fog hydra from the event?
do you have it in a deck?

I did not get the hydra from the event.  I got a bunch of boosters during the last sale and opened it in a pack.

Oh, and its not in a deck.
