Evolving the right cards

I have three [card]Fireball[/card] and would like to evolve two of them into a [card]Rain of Death[/card]. But one of my Fireballs are from the Noz starter deck and I didn't want to use it in the evolution, because I might wanna sell the ROD one day.

Is there any way to make sure I use only the other two Fireballs bought in the Marketplace?

Thanks in advance!! wink

Well, it's a little harder than that, since the evolution cards are identical, with the exception of one being from the starter.  Put the one from your starter deck into a deck, if you can even tell the difference between the cards.  Then evolve the two you can sell.

not during evolution
you can choose the first card by selecting it, but the second one will be chosen at random (as far as I can tell).

I've tried it with other cards and discovered that a card in your deck can be used during evolution as well... so it's still risky =/

Really?  When I was leveling up Dagger Master, I was told to place the non saleable ones in a deck if I didn't want to use them.  Granted, when the saleable card in an evolution is rare, you can sell it afterwards, but it didn't use the starter deck ones.

I say go for it.  Just keep the ones you want to evolve out of a deck and it should be fine.  The evolution process will choose the two fireballs that don't conflict with a saved deck you own.
