Lot of questions please help

So I played eredan a long time ago (middle of act 1 till the the beginning of act 2 I think) and i had to quit for a while cause I can't sell my cards anymore to improve my deck (Philippines does not have very accessible payment options then). So I played again recently and there are a lot of things that is confusing me right now. Please don't reply google/search it myself cause I already did and I just want some confirmations.

Scragh -- where on earth did this creature from
Sol'ra Avatar -- ditto
Nehant's Shield -- ditto
Emancipated look thingy card - ??
Thunder King and his accessories - from where do they evo?
So I finished the tutorial and I can't find the cards that I would supposedly get from it.

So I'm a week late for that scragh and nehant's shield, meh. About the tutorial, I was hoping for the living dagger but no living dagger there was.

yeah there is a bug i think, should be fixed soon.
