Pls help
I have defeated scragh today and I didn't get the card I have spent so much money on the game and still no card pls. help me. I just hope the developer's have read this because it was very hard to defeat scragh

Now I am trying to do him again, I think this is a bug but plss help I dont have much time anymore to complete this or the money to reduce scragh's effects

Where do I do that I have defeated him twice already and it's aready 12:05 PM in french time, I didnt get a screenshot T_T... But they can check my battle records if they like. Where do I write a ticket? or make one?

Pls help where do I write a ticket????.. In this event I have bought all the basic booster necessary to battle scragh and now that the event is done and defeaetd scragh and even have enough letter's to reduce his abillites. I don't know what to do anymore. I have never complained anything about any event before or any part of the game. Just this once. I have checked my card collection and still no scragh. I hope that feerik will really help a loyal costumer.

I think in the login screen there is a button called contact. Not sure if it's there never needed to do it.
Also There is other people complaining about this situation in the Brazilian Forum. There is worse since they said the trophy bar still showed 3 hours (matching with Brazilian twelve o'clock).
It think it's possible Feerik had alreyd removed the tropphy abut hadn't made the update to remove scragh from the game..

There could of been a problem with the loading on your screen, however for all trophies are in French time.
rapski, I will look into this situation further and will respond to you through your ticket which was sent through support.
