Just a question... How many recommendation letter is needed to defeat the final Scragh or recommendation letter does not work on him?

you can give him 3 letters twice, i cant tell what it does...

Does it lower his def or life. Or Remove one of his insane abilities?

You can weaken him twice by using 3 recommendation letter each time. First weakening stops his healing and the second one allows you to modify his stats.

Thank you so much for those info... now I know that I need to load up to beat him. One more thing... do win if you kill him even if all your characters dies or one should still remain living?

if all your characters die its not necessarily over. If you somehow managed to out damage him you could still win....but thats pretty hard

I spent 3 letters, and was able to modify his stats, but didn't stop his healing...so seems the improvements are random? or is it always

1. Modify stats
2. prevent healing
