The idea of participate in a event is to get fun!, that's the reward of games, get fun...
Is not fun play about 10 hours to get a trophy that don't give you nothing without paying lot of money or investing few money.
I like the shield and the character, sad...

They do offer players to be able to play the game for free, but this does not include ALL CONTENT. Meaning they do not have to make the events they offer even available for non-paying customers. The fact that they even make it possible, regardless of how difficult, already speaks positively.

People have to remember that they wont get everything shoved up their rears just because they want it. This game relies heavily on players paying a lot to be top notch and really good. This also includes participating in all types of content.
If you are employed and do not have the time to invest in earning the event rewards for free, then cough up the 20 bucks to buy a few packs and make it easier on yourself. If you refuse or do not want to spend, you are shit out of luck. It is that simple.

Captusa is very correct. As he does, I also agree with some points. I think the event is ridiculously long and too time consuming. But it still does not mean you should have it for free.

The problem with the event is that it's too long for any free player, Poppae anger, and I agree with it, its not only because it's hard, but because it's advertised as free, when in order to do it for free you got to stop having a social live for a week, give up any plan you had for the Elo this week (reason I'm not doing it, since its a long time since we had such a nice bans in the elo room). Beside the fact that most free players dont have enough cards of each guild to do this, what it means they will have to buy cards that they wont normaly use, what implies using Cristals. Beside that the free players wont have enough cristal to make good decks of the guilds they dont play so they will play at least 50 matches that they will get crushed, and having no chance of winning remove near all fun factor of the game.

I spend something about 30 dolar a month in this game sometimes a little more if theres a good promotion, being doing this since March and I have only 3 guilds decks. So unless I want to use level 1 character decks with cheap cards I would have to spend Crystals, and for me as someone who dont usualy grind for lack of time using crystal is the same as using feez, since it's how I get them.

So I wouldn't only have to grind like hell, but also unless I spend a lot of crystal would be a boring grinding, that with 4 guilds I would probaly lose all matches. I dont mind the grinding so much, but when it's boring, I'll say screw this event and I'll go play elo or something else.

To be honest, Scragh can easily be defeated by a Tempus deck. He is not that great to begin with although he poses quite a problem for rush deck (Zil, Eclipse, etc.). But he can easily be countered by choosing him as late as possible to reduce his -X damage ability.

Do I want to grind for him? No. Do I want to buy boosters for him? Tempting but no (6 boosters are quite expensive and I cannot justify buying them all at once and losing my market privileges).

Ive been a free player in ***bip*** for 3 years and Ill venture to say that im one of the better players in all of ***bip***...I could play this game for the next 3 years and Id be lucky to have 1% of the collection of the richest peeps in this game.

Wrong my friend, we se almost free player up in ELO every week. Myself I won the Joust of Death without legendaries. Well, i paid to get in, but I´ve put very few money in this game and I´m trying to do this event as free as possible.

Of course now it´s a little bit harder to get everything free, but if you don´t have the time then you probably have a job, and have the money. When I begin here I started with nothing and i got free Feez from advertisments, then I only buy what I need to sell in the market and for some worhty events. But this one, can be done. It will be harder, but it´s possible.

Fine then, if you want someone educated to tell you to STFU and stop being such a baby, I will. I have a triple major in undergrad and am now a masters candidate in international business. I speak three languages and have a 3.9 GPA. I do not live off my parents' money, but rather save up occasionally so that I have the ability to spend $25/month or less on a monthly event we all know is coming. IT HAS HAPPENED EVERY MONTH! If you can't save up $25 for something you enjoy, it seems like you need to get your finances in order. I can respect if you don't value Eredan enough to spend money on it, as everyone has their specific priorities...but for God's sake, stop whining all the time about it. If ***bip*** is such a better game, PLEASE do us all the favor of leaving Eredan and spending your time and attention there. No one is making you pay anything on here, but if you're gonna continue playing, either suck it up or move to something else.

The fact remains that this event IS free. It is not like the previous tourney events that have a Fee'z buy-in. If you want to factor an unreasonable amount of time needed to be spent into evaluating how free an event is, then we must always use time as a determining factor, thereby making every event of every card game "not free." You've thereby negated your own argument, and have never played a truly free game in your life.

I apologize to everyone else for my ethos at the beginning of this post, but I feel that no one should make un-founded assumptions of someone else's intelligence or life achievements.
