And to make it worse, the other dude made a card so it can copy his friend's broken card attack power, physically weak mages (not going to bother mentioning priest here, no heal ) like ishaia and doyen can be a real she-hulk and hulk..

I like the part of hulk and she hulk... that was funny!

I'll tell you what, the only match i won against avatar, i started the match and used on the road on him + an eventual stirring up hatred so it would stack the damage on my opponent chars, had luck enough to knock out one of the opposing chars in the very beginning and still won by a hair.

I love challenging matches and it's such a thrill to even lose to an admirable well built deck.
But challenging is one thing. You-ain't-gonna-win-unless-you-start-and-have-agood-draw-and-have-your-opponent-on-a-bad-draw-and-be-really-lucky is another.

I'm surprised not to see more Urakia + Sol'ra decks... I mean, she heals every time your characters take damage right? It almost negates the downside of Sol'ra. PS, I would still rather rock an Immortals deck with 3 copies of Support of the Gods, Solaris and Obesity. THAT deck is broken.

The Avatar has an innate ability that blocks all kinds of healing. So Urakia's ability and Solaris won't heal you.

So that will just dilute the meta to decks that play Avatar and decks that kill Avatar decks.

This is almost identical to Magic's problem when Jace was in standard.  There were decks that played him and decks that tried to kill him quickly.

I used an Immortals deck and beat him...

How?  I'm not calling you a liar, I'm just saying beating him with a deck that falls back on healing....  That thing Avatar stops.....  Seems unlikely.

I use 3x scimitars and 3x of the immortal blade (can't remember what it's called) and then most of the other cards give you +2 attack along with whatever else is going on. He killed the other 2 characters within the first 3 or 4 rounds and then I was able to just focus on him.

I play discard decks . . . thats all I ever play . . . I don't mind the 22 HP . . . I don't mind the 11/11 attack . . . I could even live with the direct damage . . . if the thing didn't block all heals . . . I have nearly beaten sol'ra many times, but with out my aby being able to heal . . . I fall a turn short . . . DEATH TO THE AVATAR! ! !

Out of curiosity . . . why do you always . . . separate your words . . . with three periods?

In all fairness I only asked why he used the dots.  I didn't meant to be an a-hole when I used them, simply a form of playful mockery.  Limestone's the one who took it far.

In all fairness, my post concerned more than your person. It concerned everybody. Two people decided not to play along, so they have been cautioned with a temporary ban of one day.

When a moderator asks you to stop trolling and instead get your conversation back to the topic at hand, it is expected of you to follow those rules. If you have the need to bitch at each other and insult each other, regardless if in jest or for fun, do it privately.

Usually it does. Just the moderators have to be online to see such things. For future events, similar to this one, please feel free to send me an email. I don't sit at home browsing these forums all day long, but I will respond ASAP once I receive a notification.
