Three bugs I found while using this card:
1) If your character loses its guilds (ex: Dissidence), the bonuses still apply, if your character obtains a guild after playing the card, then it's effect won't apply.
2) It doesn't reduce damage taken by The Hungry Void on sap heart characters
3) It doesn't increase the damage done by "With Evil Intentions"
