Zil Discard question

I've been playing the Circus Discard Deck for a bit and I really enjoy it. The one question I want answered is, why does my opponent get another turn after his deck is at 0?!?!?! His deck will be at 0 he gets his attack phase, but after that shouldn't he/she lose?

My deck: Abyssien the Devourer
              Salem
              The Psychurgist

              2x blackmail
              2x cloning
              1x contortion
              3x look away
              3x panic
              2x tadaa your a bunny
              2x theft
              3x treacherous
              1x vantriloquism
              1x whip

Re : Zil Discard question

well i play discard too, and i have the same damn problem! it is so anoying, however, when they have no more cars, at this extra turn they usually dont make me any kind of damage, so most of them i win.

About your deck...

 2x blackmail
              2x cloning
              1x contortion
              3x look away
              3x panic
              2x tadaa your a bunny
              2x theft
              3x treacherous
              1x vantriloquism
              1x whip

In my opinion you have to add more protection like "tadaa!" or "Fallback", also is a must "mental siphon", one "mirage" is also nice when u face high defence kotoba, Anathemise is a must when u fight in tournaments cause of the fucking New Start...  and also "festivities" is a good one. well, I post u my discard:

Salem
Abys
psych

2x thefç
3x panic
3x treacherous
3x look away
1x tadaa!
1x fallback
1x mirage
1x mental sphon
1x turned to the shadow side
1x blackmail
1x Anathemise
1x festivities
1x it is time

In my opinion, my deck just need: 1 New Start, 1 Prestige and 2 obesity

Hope it helped

Yes thank you, hopefully we get an answer though, it feels almost like a glitch in the game or something lol

Re : Zil Discard question

Well to answer you, the rules for losing because of lack of cards states that the opponent will lose at the end of the turn if he cant draw more cards that he is supposed to in the same turn
(if the deck is empty and not because a card effect)

Re : Zil Discard question

The perfect discard deck looks like this . . . .

Abyssien the devourer
Psycurgist
Telendar - - - (I use him because he can chain theft cards - he dies quickly but if you get to use him once he's paid for himself twice is a bonus)

Anathize X1
Festivities (if you have it)
It's time X2
illusory reflection X2
Tada X2 (Play illusory by aby and chain tada . . . you will suffer no damage)
Panic X3 (I usually discard the first 2 as soon as they come up)
Trecherous X3
Theft X3
Mental Syphon
Moneyed X2

This is the only deck I play unless there are tournament restrictions, I usually win no later than turn #5. If you only play look away and tada . . . sapheart decks will rip you a new one. Blackmail cards are a waste because they only discard 1 card, it's great that you can recycle them with psy but really you are gaining little or nothing with those. Whip is also a waste in my opinion, take one turn to attach it, then it onle discards 1 card . . . too long, you'll be dead before it pays for itself. Cloning is a good choice, I just don't use it personally.

I have tried probably 100 discard deck combinations, this one is the best . . .
