What are the ELO restrictions this week? It currently says 'no restrictions' but I can't register.

Where did I went wrong with my Imortals that they were so powerfull that their second main card got banned, and I couldnt pass 1710..

By the way congratularions Ergheiz, second victory. Making the brazilian players proud.
