Deck creation tweak

Hi everybody,

We've just deployed a tweak today that will help you creating decks regarding monday's ban list. The next time you'll log into the game (you'll have to relog if you are already in), the "+" you'll find in the top right corner of the deck creation pannel will allow you to filter cards by series.
It should help you prepare decks, while waiting for the functionnality that will be deployed on monday and that will allow you to filter elo banned cards.

Also, hiding event cards from colection and deck building would be usefull.
