This could work, it can be really powerfull. But since it would also take slots on the deck so you would have to remove other cards may not be overpowered
But in order to acomplish full balance, I would put that they are activated after all other cards are played. So, combs like ANS + Anematize can be avoided. And also a well placed obesity can kill your move. So I dont think it can be labelled as overpowered.
But things like 2 Quickdraw, Solaris + Assassination could be dangerous..
Maybe they could make it a trophy or a unique card.

Time to Die + The Hungry Void, Chose this card, and grab 2 Assassinations from the hand? +16 dmg?

Nah it was your turn, and I played Mercy + The Hungry Void and picked Dazzle from the discard pile with Djamena. ^.^

This will not work. There is restriction for chain.

Your wrong, it ill work. I'll not be chaining the card but the Hungry Void. And picking the card from the discard pile. What I'm not sure if TTD effect will still work, but the logic by the card description it should.
The mechanic of the combination is almost the same thing that when someone play The Last Word + The Hungry Void + Lightning bolts lvl 3..

card can't belong to a chain this is card description and if Hungry Void is played it make chain.Lightning bolts is AoE , no restriction for chain but you can't play it in normal chain.In case of this card there is restriction in description.

Void does not make a chain. It uses any card that are in any discard pile after the other cards are played. It bypass any chain limitation. Or the bolt combination would not work as well..
Also another cool comb, but pretty hard to make would be with lord galmarra Fire guemelite The Last Word + Banner/Void choose this one and pick 2 illumination from your hand, hand have RoD's or Dragons breath in your deck.

How about if I add "If this card would be put in a discard pile, remove it from the game instead." How would that work out?

Why not make it so that if its not the only card that is played this turn it does not work. This way it can be played any way or time even chained but it won't work.
