buying bug

I am a new player to this game. I really liked it and decided to spend some money on it. I bought around 2000+ flezz and begun buying packs. My first few packs were ok. Then I bought a kotoba pack and waited after clicking the show me the new cards choice. The game then disconnected me. When I checked back in I saw that I had no new cards. Same thing happened when i bought one of the 4 card packs with my leftover flezz.

Needless to say this game will not be seeing anymore money from me until these issues are resolved.

Did you try to open your collection ?
It should be a warning indicated that you have any booster not open.

You can also check your history by clicking on your photo on left top corner, you can see if the transaction is correctly recorded by the system.

Is there a button somewhere in the lower left corner that's animated with text something like: "Access Unopened Boosters".

That happened to me, too, but that button was present and I was glad the boosters I bought was there.
