Selling cards

I am having problems selling my cards in the market place. Whenever I try to do it it comes up with a message saying I have to buy fees before it will let me do it, but I have not seen anything on the forums regarding this as an update, would appreciate some feedback.

you can only sell cards if you buy feez or boosters (but only for 3 weeks)

So I can buy boosters and still benefit from being able to use the market to sell cards?

If you want sell cards in the market, you must buy booster.

It's always be this way.

Really o.O? I'm sure I havent been buying a booster every three weeks. Once every couple of months maybe, but not in three week periods...
