Not sure who has it, I sure don't. But my idea on getting it was to have a good hand like four of a kind, then not play it, then on the next turn play it. Is that how it's done?

No, you get the trophy by buying it in the special store for 50.000 tokens.

The bluffer trophy is a hidden impossible trophy. The developers know that no one will buy it at that price. So they added all legendaries into the trophy prize.
