We would like to hear your feedback concerning a specific card we will select each week.

The idea is to get a quick idea on what works and what doesn't for further improvement.

What are its strengths/weaknesses? When do you play this card? Does it play well with another card? If so, which one? In what type of deck can it be integrated?

The aim is to express your opinion but also listen to others...

This topic will be open for a week. We expect you to be civil and respectful, provide constructive feedback, and of course trolling or flaming will be immediately deleted.

This week, we have chosen the card: Elfine Bow. Please give us your opinion and be precise.

Gameplay : All cards in every discard pile are removed from the game.

Strengths/Weaknesses: What are the advantages of this card and what are its biggest strengths? What are its weaknesses?

The bow is an utility mainly used to finish low hp bench characters, it does it's job well, it's a good card all around, not broken but good.

The [card]Elfine Bow[/card]'s strength is obviously the damage output to multiple characters. Its effective and can be used by the other elfines. If you can equip it in the first round and save a hypno/QD for after its equipped, it can be devastating.

I think one weakness would be that there are 4 Sap elfines and only [card]Ydiane[/card] can chain it.

It was a great way to pick off those weaker out-of-combat enemies that only had 2-3 health points left. I don't really use it much anymore. The quick draw elfine deck is getting more difficult to use effectively. There are too many ways to get your defense to 6 or higher. I was seeing a lot of second/third/... attacks become useless.

I think this card could be revitalized if the damage output was higher or all the Sap elfines could chain it. [card]The Sachem[/card]'s second form could benefit from a chain afterall.

Foam Giant seems to like it quite a bit. I once overheard him reciting sonnets dedicated to its heavenly silhouette. Bit awkward at the time, but now it seems endearing; the big lug has a heart buried somewhere in those scrubbing bubbles.

Has to be one of my best friends! I have a sap heart mage deck, spiritspeaker/rockspeaker/ydiane and this combo with that card has gained me many a perfects

I like this card, it goes well with Fierceness. However like people have said only 3 can use it (Gaya isn't a warrior and her Ambers are still broken[In Bugs, changing Guem to human doesn't stop spell or Guem only usage like Illumination]). The fact that it's two-handed, gives +1 attack, limited to Sap, Elfine, Warrior makes it a bit underpowered since your pretty much asking them to do low amounts of damage and survive and there isn't a lot of great survival stuff in Saps(in an all elfine team, especially against Spirit Stuff).

It's nifty in concept and I'd use it a lot more if once again Amber's were fixed and the warrior resistriction was removed.

OR

A better idea would be to make it an Elfine, Warrior/Craftsman item "If placed by Gaya on another character you can ignore race restriction" so Gaya can equip it on others like The Claw or Rockspeaker...

Hmm... now that I think of it, Ydaine/Silikat/Rockspeaker might work...
