won't upgrade

my friend bought the noz deck from the store but 1 of his cards will not upgarde. it goes to the "just a little .... " screen and wont move. we tried it from my computer thinking his s@*%y computer may have been the problem, but we sat for a half hour. and no change.

so HELP

If that happens try to refresh the browser, you might been disconnected while it loads because you cant receive any massage that you were disconnected when it loads. some time you receive it but mostly not specially when loading

There was a technical trouble yesterday with upgrades.
Should be corrected now.
