Patch Notes

As you know, we have created a "patch note" topic in the Update section on the forum, this will be update every Friday.

We will now communicate the recent updates through news once a week:


-Bug that allowed Dimizar not to take damage when cards were attached to the opponent is now resolved.

   
-Daily quests are now fixed.

   
-Immobilisation's effect is now applied.
   
-Mental prison too.

-Dmg reduction of Perversion is now fixed including the collector version.
   
-Magic Poison remains attached during the first three turns as stated.

   
-Zazen now works for the amount of Turns stated.
 
- Anryena no longer chains cards like Tadaa! You're a bunny! when she is equipped with Draconian scepter.
   
- Win using Magic now works even if a spell is player beforehand.
   
- The card Hitting the mark has the appropriate rarity. It is Collector.
   
- Daily quest Trophies appear normally now in the players collections.
   
-The card Illumination no longer duplicates cards.
 
- Clumsiness can no longer discard Arachnophobia.
   
-Elo trophies are now validated at the appropriate score.
   
-During the last update, we have slightly modified the "Foil" effect for better stability.
   
- "Fan Card": The icon and the most recent guild card background now appear.

-Players can now open chests (Man Hunt quest) using Facebook (you will probably need to log out and log back in for the update to take effect.
-Basic and Premium Boosters can now be opened normally.
-Quilingo evo 2 now gives the appropriate bonus.
-Dreamlike Encounter is now fixed.

-Death of the Dead now deals damage to dead characters.
-Characters will no longer randomly disappear.
-Foil Characters no longer have a graphical bug when transformed by the Amnezy Pint.
-Dhan's order no longer modifies Kimiko's Attack.
-Area Control can now be seen on the forum.
-The Flawseeker's Calling no longer gives an extra bonus.
-Three cheers for our champ! correctly gives its bonus to Mylad.

-Anagram no longer chains cards that shouldn't be chained.
-At the end of the tutorial, level 3 will now correctly be displayed.
-The trophy: The impregnated one now validates correctly.
-You can now search for a player via his battle history logs.

-Level 2 Furagu now correctly gains 1 Health point when he suffers damage.
-Dais Intervention still provides Health points even when the Dais of your team is dead.
-The card event the expatriate now appears normally within Act IV.
-Effects that enabled you to enhance or decrease the loss of Health points have been corrected, these are the following cards affected by this:
-Soul Chewer (any upgrade)
-Coaching
-The Flawseeker's Fury
-The Dead Gods
-Mutual Aid
   
-Effects that enabled you to enhance or decrease the distribution of Health points have been corrected, these are the following cards affected by this: 
-Elfine Bow (Any Evo)
-Team Spirit
-Weapon Kata
   
We also made enhancements in the gaming rooms to improve the stability of the server.

27th September 2011 Patch note :

- Quilingo and Okooni are now accessible in the store at level 19.
- Bug that enabled some players to counter the opponent's cards with the "On equal Terms" card has been fixed.
- Bug that involved Sky inhabitant to continue and produce damage even after being discarded has been fixed.
- Interaction between Imperial Banner and non permanent items like Shuriken has been fixed.

Patch note for October 4th, 2011 :

- The characters wounded at the end of the Turn by cards like Judgment or Trial on the Bridge will now die at the end of the Turn.
- The bug which allowed Saphyra and Saphyra the Zil to be played in the same Deck has been fixed.
- The event card Without Fear...will now appear in the collection correctly.

Patch note for October 11, 2011 :

- A new tool for creating Decks has been added. You can select a profile type from different models. You can only show certain cards for the profile (For example, restrictions for tournament or rooms).
- The bug which prevented you from taking cards off the market has been fixed.
- The bug which prevented you from filtering cards by series has been fixed.
- The card Sylphide now correctly shows the pet on the character.
- The card Artezil's Ring will no longer count the dead Mages or Craftsman when activated.

- The problem that sometimes occured when training when the Warrior was not alive has been fixed.
- The bug that would sometimes have Exordium reappear when the first card was played when it wasn't suppose to be there, has been fixed.

Patch note for October 25, 2011 :

- Correction has been made for Mangled Legs and it is now permanent.
- Correction has been made for Mangled Skull which was not properly hurting the correct character.
- The bug which did not allow for the interaction between Doyen Verace-Councilor and Manipulation or Tea Ceremony to function properly has been fixed.
- The daily quest rewards have upgraded (evolved) : you have the chance to obtain cards from the most recent Acts. The cards from Act 1 will not be available through these quests.

Patch note November 8, 2011 :

- New trophies have been created for the Courtesans, your victory with a Deck composed of 3 Courtesans characters will allow you to progress in earning these series of trophies. Attention: these trophies are not retroactive, games played before this creation do not count.
- The conditions (terms) for earning these Trophies by Guilds has been modified due to taking into account different Decks. Your victories counts for a Guild trophy starting when you play at least 2 characters who only belong to this Guild.  Except for Mercenaries which needs to be all 3 characters to be counted.
- The text To the Rescue! has been modified: the sentence "until the end of the Turn" has been removed due to the card's effect does not last until the end of the fight just like all the cards without a duration.
- The bug which allowed Sacred Intervention to attach to your character if your other characters were already dead has been fixed, this card will now correctly discard.
-The calculated parameters for the cards on sale in the marketplace has been modified. The reference price of the cards will lower faster due to the numerous cards unsold

Patch Note 11/15

Patch note for November 15, 2011 :

- A bug which calculated Supernova's damage has been fixed.
- The card Bluff has been modified to avoid certain blockages during the game. The card asks to choose between 0 and 5 cards instead of 1 to 5 cards.
- An error in text for One Hit, One Dead has been fixed, the healing starts at the start of the Turn and not at the start of the Fight.
- The bug which allowed Once Upon A Time to activate Two Handed Weapons immediately has been fixed.
- The function of Manipulation has been modified, his function works the same with Mercenary as with the other Guilds.
- In the aim to simplify the game rules, the term "Item attached/carried" now represents all the Items, including the ones which are not yet activated. When concerning the effects of the active Items, the card text will explain it more precisely.

- The bug which sometimes allowed the effects of Fierceness, Piracy, Sky Inhabitant, and Take in Stride to stay active even when the card was discarded has been fixed.
- The bug which prevented The Rain Dance to place cards in the correct Decks has been fixed.
- The text and the effect of Sinking has been modified to prevent the games from blocking in certain situations. The effect will now activate only if another character from the same player is untapped.

- Golems ignore now the sex prerequisites indicate on the Item cards.
- "Item - Other" cards for which the mention "permanent" isn't specified aren't permanent anymore.
- The bug which prevented Rage bonuses for level 4 Berserkers has been fixed.
- In the Adventure mode, the bug which prevented from accessing next mission when a mission is won by score when all characters was dead has been fixed.
- We have increased the capabilities of ours servers after the technical difficulties encountered during the launch of the Adventure mode.
- We have improved the Adventure Mode's AI performances.
- The problem of double rewarding for some trophies has been fixed.
- Some texts have been corrected.

Unrelated to the strength series thing, but I think they should at least update the wordings on cards like [card]Lightning rod[/card] and etc on the english side by adding the word permanent.
Sure I'll know that its permanent if I tried it myself, but usually people buy new (as in totally unearned before) cards from the market by reading their text alone and judging the ability.
I'm not sure how many people don't know lightning rod is permanent, but I'm guessing at least a few english players would not and after reading the patch notes, would have the mentality that lightning rod= 1 turn shot card and not bothered with the lightning mage deck anymore.

Just deleted nearly 4 pages of bickering.

This is a patch note thread to notify players of changes, not a discussion thread. It went on as long as it did only because I was away for Christmas, or else it would've been knocked down earlier.

Keep this thread clear. I know I'm not the only one that comes to announcements to read what's been updated and not what people's opinions are. That's for the Discussion area.

Keep it more civil too. It seems the same culprits are beginning to emerge frequently in aggressive and unwelcome behavior towards both feerik and are toeing the line. Just be warned.


If there were no luck in TCG, how boring would that be?

Patch note January 3, 2012

- From tomorrow, you will have access to new campaigns in the adventure mode. More information about frequency of the releases tomorrow!

- In the Adventure mode, a problem which prevented The Grand Deer to use correctly the capacity that moves cards from discarded piles to Decks has been corrected.

- A bug which allowed to choose one-turn-duration cards with "Litmus Test" and "Dispossess" has been corrected.

- A bug which allowed sometimes to add 2 times the same Ice Elf character in a Deck has been corrected.

- A bug which prevented sometimes to add in a Deck some cards which have the possibility to merge in one unique card has been corrected.

and the mastery bug didn't got fixed...

Perhaps it is intentional to see how much a bug affects the market prices?
Already triple the price as it was before adventure was launched.

May I ask what is the goal? Have the legendary at 1 mil crystals so it will fit the series of legendary cards?

Patch note January 10, 2012

- Modification of the releases: The release of tomorrow will be monoguild. Next releases are planned, for the most part, for two guilds. Some releases may occasionaly have a different organization.

- Update of the internal message box which is now more user-friendly.

- You can now choose your national flag among 250 flags.

- A bug which prevented cards to discard from a dead character has been corrected.

- You can now add Theurgies in your Deck if it contains Hakim.

- An interaction problem bewteen Lady Yilith and Agmundar's Rage has been corrected.
