Lightning Bolts cant be upgraded!

I cant upgrade my lightning bolts 1 into lightning bolts 2,
even when I have 2 static charges which is fully upgraded.
In the static charge upgrade window, I also cant evolve it into lightning bolts 2.
what should i do?

Aku and Akujin are in the same trouble.

We have to wait for a patch.

same here. used to work but didnt have the static charges to level now it shows lightning bolts level 1 cant be leveled. and shows lightning bolts level 2 required to level into lightning bolts level 2......
