No Mercy
Quick Question, No Mercy card has effect like this: "If a non-item card is attached to the opposing character, he has defense -3"
I attached To Track Down (is not an item card) to the enemy and when I use No Mercy, nothing happened...
Are the cards attached must be the enemy who attached it or can cards that we attached to the enemy works? or am I missing something? ^^

i think the problem is the tense, "is attached" presence perfect,
that non-item-permanent must be played in the same turn and after [card]no mercy[/card].
