Ciramor & Thunder King (AoE deck)

I've got an idea for a AoE deck, but does anyone know if Ciramor gains chain on AoE spells? I would say it's unlikely, but has anyone tested it?

Everyone who played a mage deck knows that mages cannot gain a chain if you play an aoe spell...

I don't think you tested it either. I know how the basic mechanics work in this game. I'm curious if they've written a way around it. With a character that specifically allows chains with spells.

Aoe regardless cant chain with other cards even when the character has an effect that chains spells.

Look! if you play an AOE spell you cannot gain a chain!!!! The only way you use another spell with and AOE spell, is that you use the spell and then the hungry void or Cloning to use an AOE spell from a graveyard... And yes!!! i have tested it!!

Ciramor chain spell hability does not allow him to cast aoe spells, it means as a warrior-mage he can cast 2 spells and stil hit.

This.

All his wording means is that he supercedes the mage-warrior 1 spell limit.

AOE spells are never chain able. With good reason. Lightning chain wasn't labelled AOE when it first came out and it simply destroyed everything.

Re : Ciramor & Thunder King (AoE deck)

aoe spells can only be chained when activated
from hand ([card]the council's banner[/card])
or graveyard ([card]the hungry void[/card] or [card]cloning[/card])

and that chain hits damn hard:

[card]pilkim[/card] plays: [card]the last word[/card] + "1 of those 3 cards" + [card]lightning bolts[/card]
13+ dmg on all enemys

(cloning only with [card]Marlok the repentant[/card] or [card]councilor Ishaia[/card])
