June 8th around 6:30 am central USA time my fez i bought got added to my account so i went and bought some boosters 1 kobata and 2 of the 120 fez boosters then went to open them but only one of the 120 boosters was there even tho it took the extra 120 fez for the pack so i went and did a free fez offer and bought another 120 pack it showed up but the missing one never did i sent a ticket on the support page (that looks dead) but never got a reply can anyone help me? i want a replacement booster or 120 fez if possible.
Also sorry if this is the wrong place to post this i couldn't find a better place.

is someone working on this I'm very upset with the lack of reply I spent real money on those fez and got shorted because of this and if I don't get some help soon I wont be buying anymore fez ever (its been over a week and not even one reply)

lol yea I submitted a ticket but nothing yet so until this is fixed I probably wont buy anything from this game.
