Eredan Wont Start
A friend of mine wants to try playing Eredan, but it won't start for her. After the gray loading bar and red egg, a box comes up saying "an error has occurred." Any suggestions of how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Clean out ***bip*** cookies and browser history

Thank you for the suggestion, but we already tried that and it didn't work. Sorry, I should have listed the things we've attempted in the original post.
Things We Did:
Cleared Cookies
Cleared History
Lowered Firewall
Any other ideas?
