Nehant splinter

Hi,

I had test this new item and I found that this item don't work correctly, this items don't inflict direct damages to characters out combat, it is all right?

The item state that all characters damaged by splinter suffer 1 direct damages, so all characters take damages or only the character in battle?

It should be all characters already hit by a splinter.
This bug is also reported on the french forum.
