Idea for a Different Tournament
Hey guys. So I have this idea for a new weekly tournament. This tournament will be like a Survival Mode in which you must win the match to go to the next round. So once you lose you will be out in the tournament.
Here are the rules:
1. You can only register once a week.
2. When you register for the tournament you will be in Rank one.
3. The match will be randomly chosen from the participants who have the same rank as you.
4. If you lose you will be out of the tournament till the end of the competition.
5. If you win you will gain a Rank and move on to the next round.
6. When the player reaches the next round they will be given an option to continue or leave and can come back anytime they wishes (players will retain their rank when they return to the tournament).
7. In end of the week the player who has the highest Rank will be the winner.
8. Banned cards also applies here.
Since all decks have their weaknesses, in this tournament everyone has a chance of winning. Unlike in Elo room in w/c players can fight over and over again and hope to fight other players who is weak against their deck to increase their Elo score.

A few hundred cystals to join. Top tied rank split 70% of the pot.
Makes sense and encourages building a rounded deck.
It might be an idea to "buy back into" the Survival tournament by paying the entry fee again. so you dont have to wait 6 days for the next run.

I like your idea of registration fee to enter the tournament and also the pot price. Maybe they can also throw in some cards for price.
But I don't know about the idea of paying to enter again the tournament since the main objective here is to win the tournament w/o losing any fight. That what makes it different from the Elo Tournament.
