Can't open the chests from the new trophy on the map. Is it a bug or do I need something else to do? Have 10 keys

I'm in the same boat as you. I have only 3 keys, but it doesn't matter. Nothing on the map works. I have posted in another forum. Should I get the answer there, I will post here.

And you cleared your cache on your browser? Upgrade your Flash version??

cleared my cached, opened from itcg.eredan, still can't open the chest

Im using Opera and the main page and works fine for me

It is a flash problem.
my flash is updated but the web storage for eredan is set at "unlimited"
and i thought this might be the reason why the chest map not working.
to correct the problem, i go to the flash setting and delete eredan site from the storage setting, reload the game, and it works.
i've opened all the chest now.

Awesome, I should have thought of that as I had that issue with a different game. I need sleep..... and better cards!

Member I found a solution for this troubleshooting:

- Download Internet explorer 9

- Reinstall the Adobe flash player

- Then enter eredan through IE 9

- Open the chests

do you have to have bought a pack to open chests??

LOL - Yeah, I rarely use IE. Only for work or sites that "require" it. Did you try Firefox?

BTW, how many keys do you have? And yes, you need keys to open chests. Really, there is one 0 key chest on each island, but after that chest you will need keys.... and lots of them. 48 I think.

yeap downloaded firefox still not working and had to reinstall adobe onto firefow with it

just hope it gets fixed before the event ends

Tried Google, Firefox, IE 8... Reinstalled Flash Player, cleared cache... NOTHING.

Map not accessible.

some problem can occure cause of ***bip*** connection speed
when ***bip*** connection are at low sometimes it can't acces the map even the menubar (market / play etc. this is the worst case)
