Elo Restricted Cards
Currently the Amnezy Tournament states that there are no restricted cards for this tournament, however it seems Ice Barrier is still restricted. I haven't tested Port or Ice Shield. I don't have a problem if these cards are still restricted, but it should at least say that they are still restricted.

That makes sense why I couldn't use the file for ELO, but that doesn't excuse the fact that the tournament room for English users still says there are no banned cards. Needs to be updated.

This seems to be a bug for the other languages too (except french).
