Bug with "The Fallen"

"The Fallen" is not getting +1 defense when he casts a nehantic spell on turns 4 and more.

True, I just had a match were the same thing happened.

It was turn 6 I think, and I played Nehant's Seal and chained into Perversion... and Fallen was at lvl 2, so he was supposed to get a single +1 def, but he didn't :S
