The Council Banner or 2 Rain of Death 1st?
Hi guys, should I get The Council Banner 1st or 2 rain of death? (for my mage and witchblade deck)
Currently I have 2 fireball, 2 last word and lv3 lightning bolt.
Does the Council Banner activate immediately or we have to equip 1st and activate on next turn?

It activates on the same turn.
You need 3 RoDs before thinking of Banner IMHO

yeah finally got 3 RODS but im crystal less LOL. Have to sell and save again to reach 120k crystals.
