About Buying Feez

Hello, just a quick question for a friend of mine.

He wanted to buy feez but it only shows paypal, normally we can choose which country and the payment method will change according to the country we choose.

BTW, he is from Indonesia and he just created a new account recently (new player).

I tested it from my account and I can choose the country without a problem.

Thanks for the explanation...
