Ice shield
Does the ice shield as effect if one of the attacking characters as [card]Elfine Bow[/card] and it attacks a character that's not in the fight does the attacking character gets -2 because of that?

no, that's what makes the elfine bow rather deadly..only the barrier on the initial attacked character lessens the total damage that will later split..

He is talking about ice shield, not ice barrier Vasi 
, so i believe it is supposed to happen, if you have an ice shield in any of your characters and you attack with elfine bow you will feel that -2...

i think that the effect of the card didin't happen with the elfine bow :x
