i encountered a player in level room and i saw a character i've never seen... its name is crystocat... do you know where can i get it?

ran into one of those new tutorial cards in training room was a merc warrior with chain on any one-handed weapon  Also a couple new action cards one called brutal attack same effect as blast and another that gave +1 atk/def

These are indeed cards from the deck given at the end of the new tutorial. For us older players we should get these cards once everyone has access to the new tutorial.
