Feerik, creator of Eredan iTCG, and our English speaking guild/clan MSNBATCOCAS (MSN for short) is hereby presenting you a fun contest to participate in!

When you browse the forums you will notice something missing: an avatar gallery. A lot of forum regulars and people who join the forums do not have avatars for whichever reasons. Avatars are neat little pictures that people use to basically present themselves to others in forums of many sorts.

The great thing about avatars is that they also show a little bit about yourself to others. To get to know each other and to see a little bit how we think and who we are, we are having this contest.

You will have to create an Eredan iTCG themed avatar and compete against the other creative minds of our gaming community. You are surely asking ‘Why even bother?’. On top of learning a bit about other people in the process, you also have a chance to win some awesome prizes!

Here are the prizes given out by the MSNBATCOCAS guild:
100.000 Crystals to the best 3 contest entries, given out as follows:
1st place: 50.000 Crystals;
2nd place: 30.000 Crystals;
3rd place: 20.000 Crystals.

An exclusive interview to be posted on the official Feerik blog, including the making of of the winning artwork !

* XP cards are not cumulative. For example, if you are amongst the top 3, you will not receive 1 +10XP, 1 +250 XP and 1 +500XP card, but only 1 +500XP card.

To enter the contest you will have to create an avatar, based on the Eredan iTCG universe.
You can choose to be as creative as you want, there are so many possibilities you can literally go wild (to a certain extent of course...).

The avatar must be 100x100 pixels large and no more than 100 kb big.
Please do keep a high resolution version (if any) fo your contest entry in a safe place in case you are amongst the top 5 winners. And do follow the forum rules when creating your avatar. They are part of the forum and must adhere to its rules.

Creating avatars is really simple. Most computers have a default picture editing program such as MS Paint, otherwise there are other free alternatives. Search for Paint.NET, Sumo Paint, Inkscape or The Gimp and see if it is something you can use.

Once you have finished your avatar and have saved it, please send it to these email address: thebleachman@ymail.com and contest@feerik.com. Our guild members will check out the avatars and then decide who the top 10 winners are going to be. You will be then able to vote on the 10 remaining entries for the best artwork of all! Please send in your avatars by 29/04/2011, we will make our decision at the end of the following month and post the top 10 winners on the 06/05/2011.
You will have one week thereafter to choose amongst the 10 best entries who will be the winner.

Here are additionnal rules you must abid to :

* Nudity or extreme skin exposure is prohibited.
* No pictures taken from or inspired by other sources than Feerik’s universe Eredan (for example, using Naruto, Killzone or Final Fantasy pictures as your contest entry is prohibited, even if heavily modified).
* Drawings and photos are allowed as long as they respect all the rules (suggestion for photos: cosplay yourself, Eredan-style!).
* Any kind of art is accepted, from coloured pencil sketches to 3D or pixel-art... Be creative!
* All contest entry must be submitted to thebleachman@ymail.com, contest@feerik.com and the English Fan art's dedicated subject, or the entry will not be valid.
* Participants allow the use of their submitted work by Feerik for any type of documents it may publish on any support.
* Only one entry per player. In case of multiple entries submitted by the same player, only the first one will be accepted as the contest entry.

Hey was wondering if you could clarify on this part in bold.

What do you mean by dedicated subject? Is it trying to say put "English Fan" in the email header? I'm not quite sure what is trying to be said with that sentence.

Excuse me but it has been more than a month since the contest finished. And still participants did not get their prizes! (Maybe except the winner.)
