ANS vs. HV

Guys I'm saving my money to buy one of these.
What should I buy?

A New Start or the Hungry Void?
Or maybe just buy a whole different deck or something?

do you have a special deck where you need else ANS or HV?
If not, start a new deck

I currently run some decks (without ANS or HV):

Courts (Ish, Kimiko, Lord)
Compendium (Marlok, Alyshk, "cant remember name")
WB (Naya, Anazra, Moira and Eglantyne)

And have some fun decks as well. But these are mostly what I use for ELO.
Fun decks:
Crow
Ramen Craftsmen
Narwhal Pirates

If you enjoy playing aggro go for Void, in case of control ANS.
