Toran the Faithless Lvl 4

My Toran lvl 4 can't use any of the Tsoutai cards such as Lucky Charm and Flawseekers Harmony.


Why is this?

Why is this?

Tsoutai cards are Kotoba only. [card]Toran the faithless[/card] is Mecenary. He can't use them.
