Can't Buy booster

I want to buy the kotoba booster but there is no booster on the store and i have 300 feez to spend it on the kotoba booster but i can't :x

its supposed to appear when i open the store the kotoba booster first and the the basic booster but it doesn't appears

PS: when i tried it wasn't past the time for the booster
