[not a bug] A new Start

Ok i was playing a guy called EquilibiJML and i play manipulation with a new start, he played cloning(treacherous) and panic. my graveyard got put back into my deck which had 11 cards but when the draw phase came i lost cuz i had no cards to draw. why did this happen?

If you do not have 5 cards ar the start of your turn (cannot draw enough cards to have your hand full), then you have one turn to kill your opponent.
Putting cards into your deck won't change that rule.

- If the beginning of a turn the player can not draw enough cards to complete his hand of 5 cards, the game will end in a deck out situation at the end of turn if the other victory conditions are not met.
