Even USD to Feez rate

Currently with $9.99 I'm only able to get 715 feez which can only get me 1 booster pack of 12 cards. I wouldn't mind spending that much if I were able to get 800 feez but why the uneven feez rate?
Or at least give the option of purchasing set amount of feez.

Why don't you buy your cards when there is a promotion (every week:)), when a booster is only 280. That way you, albeit almost, get 3 boosters:)

Patience is key.
