I see people taking advantage of this bug. It seems to activate during long games and I was just the victim of someone taking advantage of it. So get this...

This guy is in the 1600+ ELO room with all level 1 character desert nomads (no defense and little HP). He has around 1700 rating and I'm like wtf I can take this guy easy. But this guy had a strategy see... he kept waiting til the last few seconds to take his turn, on EVERY turn, so by turn 4 it was already a 20 minute game. Well my turn comes up to choose my cards but wait, I can't, all I see is a green timer slowly going down and I can't do anything. I had no choice but to quit, thus affecting MY rating.

It was pretty clear this guy knew about this bug. If he is able to get that rating in the 1600+ rooms with those characters? Gotta be ***** me. He is exploiting this bug that has actually persisted for quite a long time now in the game. I only write about it now because 1) it always happens during long games so I knew that from experience and 2) Apparently this guy knew about it too and figured out taking long turns will glitch up his opponent.

Or maybe he was just being a ***** by taking long turns and the glitch happens randomly?

Hi,

The team has built in a diagnostic tool a while ago within the server in order to get more information on this bug, amongst others.
They are checking all the data to pinpoint the problems, then they will proceed to solve those.

Please do not consider the initial post as being 100% sure. Eventually, apoth sees someone cheating the game, when the game just bugs itself randomly in ELO.
This is not something the user can "use" to win or loose. It happens randomly to everyone.
Therefore, reporting users when you have this bug happening isn't fair, as, your opponent might very well be looking at the same screen as you.

Although what I'm going to say won't solve anything, it's a matter of bad luck for now. But we're working on it!

Please do not report anyone thinking they "glitch" the game, because, as far as we know, they are not.

If an opponent ends the round at the very last second in all turns i would consider that to be a person doing something fishy

Anyways thanks for the feedback and i hope this can be fixed soon. It's very annoying to see the counter going down knowing that you'll lose the game after the counter hits 0.
