Yes, all permanent cards of Courtesant & Witchblade are too expensive now.So I have to suggest you to use Crow to complete the weekly mission. Its permanent cards are cheaper than Courtesant & Witchblade's permanent cards.
Then, how to make a good Crow deck to complete the weekly mission easily?As following:
The 1st permanent card of crow:
Karajutsu
The 2st permanent card of crow:
Bleeding

nomad priest is also another way to finish this quest.... just use under the sun and aura of faith or solar's anger...

Actually i did that and i think theurgy doesn't count as spells
