Philosophical Debate
Philosophical Debate doesn't seem to do anything. I'm using it with Councilor Ishaia and every time I've tried to use it, the opponents spirit remained the same. If I'm not mistaken, the card is supposed to function like Ice Barrier except subtracting from the spirit. Is this correct? Or am I using it wrong? Thanks.
*Edit: Tried it with Marlock the Repentant and it worked just fine. Seems it just doesn't work with Ishaia.

Ishaia's ability increases spell's effects by 1. Using simple maths I deduct that -1 + 1 = 0.

Well I guess that makes sense, though that is kind of silly that her effect would render a card completely useless when used by her. Was that the intended way that she work with this card? If not, might i suggest changing her ablity to read, "Spell effects (Non-AoE) cast by Councilor Ishaia are enhanced by 1." Sure the word "enhanced" could lead to some confusion, mainly that it still sounds like it should add +1, but for the purposes of that card it should be clear. I somehow doubt Councilor Ishaia is that terrible of a Philosophical Debater.
