Like the title stated, i wish to build a courts deck, but currently I couldn't afford the 250+ k [card]Councilor Ishaia[/card]. I have however enough for just about everything else, 3 [card]Manipulation[/card] ,[card]Overwhelming Victory[/card] and etc.

The question is, is a ishaia-less courts deck good ? Also what sort of courts could be build from that?

you could roll with the Nomads set up (Kimi, Hasna etc) or the Zill (Kimi, Lord Gal and Oog).

Either way with Kimi in you'd need some tea ceremony and a couple of Life Devourers for Gal. Throw in a Tsume for Oog and you have a good base. Of course you need 3 Manip, 3 Over and a few defensive cards (Falback, Tada etc).

but are those the only 2 options for a ishaia-less courts that are good? =x

I'm not sure about the usage of kimiko and tea ceremony to be frank =/

those ARE GOOD... i used to use Gal, Oogoe and Kimi and without Manipulasion and tea ceremony it worked amazingly for me... imagine with those . even so, yeah, with ishaia it's a whole new level...

okay so i decided to use kimiko. But what about oogoe kage? Should I go for his zil version ,just because it's stronger, or the Noz version for the manipulation to be more usable ?
(kot , zil , noz and dessert )

That depends on what you like, and how do you use [card]oogoe kage[/card]. The Zil one, once loaded, becomes quite a good hitter for a character with lame stats... The disadvantages of the Noz one is that he practically don't hit. he is a character with lame defense, lame attack, and doesn't work quite well as a carrier, cuz he gets killed quite easily... again, i was playing with no [card]manipulacion[/card]s whatsoever, only [card]overwhelming victory[/card]. and of course, you can try playing with him a [card]dragon's wit[/card] and a [card]martillo de paladin[/card] or a [card]solar's anger[/card] and see how it goes...
