Toran the Regent bugged?

I have the new Toran and i figured he cannot gain chain after playing a magic card. I dont know if it's a bug or not but I find it annoying he can't chain magic while every single witchblade can... He cannot gain chain from any magic card... :S

Only mono mages can chain spells, and most of witchblades spells has chain writen on them (plus anazra grants chain to light spells).

And reading is tech, if people would do it bugs forum could be much smaller big_smile
