Legendary elemental spells

My idea is this: Have a legendary spell card that can be used only by a specific character.

Example:

Halley's Comet

Spell Fire (area of effect)
Can only be used by Alishk Fire version
X + 4 spell fire damage to all opposing characters, where x is equal to Alishk's spirit
Can only be used on even turns.

Power Surge

Spell Thunder (Area of Effect)
Can only be used by Bragan Thunder version
X+2 spell thunder damage to all opposing characters, where X is equal to Bragan's spirit. All equipped items on all opposing characters are removed from the game.

And maybe a Legendary Theurgy specific to Lady Yilith.
