Courtesan and ELO

As the title stated, I'd like to build a courtesan deck.
However,  before i dive into a 100k spending on 3 manipulation(:P), i'd wish to know how well does Courtesan decks fair in ELO?

Also ,due to not having an enormous amount of crystals to spare on [card]Councilor Ishaia[/card] ,is it possible to build a decent ELO courts deck without her ?

use kimi, lord g and oog. you will not fare as well without ish i'm afraid, so prepare to struggle higher up.
